Summary of Profile
Adeleye Adekunle Jeremiah is a native of Ilaro, Yewa South Local Government, Ogun State, Nigeria. Born on 29th of September, 1960 as seasoned, versatile and talented artist, who proceeded to higher institutions to acquire advanced knowledge in creative endeavors of Fine Arts, passed out distinctively from Federal College of Education, Pankshin, Plateau State (1990): Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State (1995): University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos State (2018) as M. A. Visual Artist in Sculpture. I had taught in almost all levels of education and to the glory of God, have some awards and honours to my credit in different categories and have also participated in seminar/workshops and art exhibitions, even had presented papers in conferences and have written journals in publications to my repute. I now lecture Sculpture, Painting and Graphics in the Department of Art and Design, Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro. My interest is observing nature and bringing it closer to mankind. I am currently working on the use of floor - flex tiles as a unique medium in mosaic painting. My hobbies are, making art out of nature and inmagination; keeping wild animals and pets.
